1. The Malls at Oriental Plaza---Customer Ambassador (shift work)

• Responsible for The Malls at Oriental Plaza`s customer service, route guide and information desk etc.

• More than 1 year of work experience as a customer ambassador in a large commercial or retail enterprise is preferred (company will provide on-the-job training for fresh graduates).

• College degree or above.

• Beijing hukou or non-Beijing household registration.

• Male or female, under 30 years of age.

• Can communicate in English.

• Work schedule: Alternate days (12 hour shifts).

 

2. The Tower Apartments at Oriental Plaza---Assistant Guest Service Officer (shift work)

• Host guest, check-in, answering service hotline and settling complaints.

• More than 1 year of work experience in a five-star hotel or apartment is preferred (company will provide on-the-job training for fresh graduates).

• College degree or above.

• Beijing hukou or non-Beijing household registration.

• Male or female, under 30 years of age.

• Can communicate in English.

• Work schedule: shift work (12 hour shifts).

 

3. The Malls/The Tower Offices at Oriental Plaza---Property Assistant

• Responsible for internal inspections, handling complaints and property management matters.

• More than 2 years of work experience in large property companies is preferred (company will provide on-the-job training for fresh graduates).

• College degree or above.

• Beijing hukou or non-Beijing household registration.

• Male or female, under 35 years of age.

• Work schedule: normal working hours.

 

4. Fire Service Attendant (shift work)

• Responsible for overall fire and safety inspections.

• Higher education or above.

• Beijing hukou or non-Beijing household registration.

• Male, between 18 to 35 years of age.

• Holds the Building (Structure) Fireman Certificate or a certificate of completion.

• Work schedule: shift work (12 hour shifts).
